The best pillows and mattress- not the fanciest- but the best sleep ever- very affordable- and soft towels!!

Our stay was on the spur of the moment. Room was very clean, smelled great upon opening the door of the room. Bed was very comfy, a/c worked perfectly. Outside area was very relaxing. Being close to interstate, surprisingly quiet. Not new but well kept. Im planning a 2 night stay there in just a couple weeks!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place earned one. I’ve had a rough stretch lately, and today was one of those cold North Texas days where everything feels heavier than it already is. From the moment I walked in, the staff treated me with respect and like a human being, not a problem to be rushed through the lobby. The room was clean, warm, and quiet, exactly what I needed to reset and get my head straight. No drama, no attitude, just professionalism and basic decency, which honestly goes a long way when you’re already dealing with enough. It’s easy to tell when a place is well-run, and this one is. The people here care about doing things right, and that matters. If you’re passing through Gainesville or just need a solid, no-nonsense place to stay where you’re treated fairly, this is it. Thank you to the staff for showing kindness without making a big show out of it. I won’t forget that.

The customer service was exceptional. The front desk attendant was very nice and helpful. I accidentally booked the wrong and she helped me get right with expedia and got into the right room. The construction does make it intimidating but hey atleast they’re trying to make it better. The people here definitely pride themselves in making the stay here as best as possible, even if its a motel. I’ve stayed in many motels before and this was by far one of the better ones, they are genuinely trying hard. Room is very decent, it does the job, restrooms are clean and the bed is clean. Will definitely stay here for all my winstar trips.

Really enjoyed my weekend stay there. The staff was very nice. My room was nice. Looking forward to staying there sgain.

COLD AC!!! PERFECT! Winstar was over $800, due to Miranda Lambert, so i choose this place. Its an older hotel and it shows but all I needed was a bed and a shower. Room was in excellent condition. AC was cold, which is outstanding! Bed was firm, not too hard. I slept well. Bathroom could use an upgrade, toilet looks like it came from an elementary school. It had a tv, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. It wasnt a glamorous place to stay and you wont be sharing photos of the place on social media but for the price and location, it was a great stay.

Everyone was so nice and the rooms were clean they expect dog of all sizes. I would recommend staying here to all my family and friends and we would stay here again

Have been staying here for over a year and a half now and it has been exceptional. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are clean grounds are kept nice and neat. Plenty of room for your dogs to run in rhome. As of right now, the only downfall is the construction that they have going on just outside where it makes traffic flow a little easier. Overall, it’s a great place to stay from the people that work here who are outstanding wonderful people to the grounds are fantastic!
